2-5-10 year warranty
The CHBA Pacific New Home Warranty Program includes:
- 2 year coverage for defects in workmanship and materials
- 5 year coverage for building envelope protection (e.g. roof, foundation, water penetration)
- 10 year coverage for major structural defects
Pacific New Home Warranty
The Pacific New Home Warranty Program is a comprehensive warranty program offered by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Pacific Region. It is designed to provide peace of mind to homeowners by protecting their new home against defects in workmanship and materials.
